I need a piece of software that can help me manage all my social networks?
Help me manage: Facebook, Twitter, DailyBooth, Bebo, Myspace, etc. In one application/software.

I love Posterous and its autopost feature. Even if it's not a program for managing social networks, it's a "light blogging" platform, it works very easily.

I (and I think other people too) don't connect very often to Facebook or Twitter, they just push data there.

Examples below, with my blog and its clone, automagically handled by posterous.
