I use the standard twitter app but what is the best one I know there tweetcaster but which ones the best

Have you tried Tweetdeck? http://www.appfavour.com/social-networki..._429654148 I use this app to manage multiple Twitter accounts, reading tweets, sending new tweets and keeping an eye on my direct messages.
