Why dont I have Facebook or Twitter on Xbox Live?

Im in the UK and basically the update to get Twitter and Facebook on Xbox was due yesterday (tuesday 17th) however I only seem to have the Zune player (which I downloaded, also part of the update). Why dont I have the option to download facebook or twitter? Or should I have them?

Its baffling me as I have checked my parental controls and I have an active XBL Gold account. Any ideas?

I think the twiter and facebook is an update for the ps3 not the 360

I have the same problem on Xbox Live and it doesn't work for me either. The only thing that I can think of is that twitter and facebook are not allowed for Xbox Live users under 18. I learned my lesson not to put my real age on any video game console.
