Is pinterest safe and okay for my moms guidelines?

So, I want to make an account on pinterest. I wanted to know if it was okay to use because my mom wont let me have facebook, twitter, or related things. I do have tumblr tho. Would it be okay?

its sort of similar to tumblr in that its all about picture sharing. You basically pin or tag and share things that you like. Most boards are about clothes, or quotes, or art.

From what I've seen there doesn't seem to be any adult content. I would expect your mom should be ok with it. Have her take a look around and see what she thinks first.
