Is 250mb a month mobile phone data usage is enough for things like checking email, Facebook and Twitter on a daily basis?

I don't really plan on using things like YouTube.

And if I have unlimited browsing - does that make it better as well?

Thanks!

It should be okay as long as you don't use anything heavy like youtube and downloading apps, although it can be easy to go past the 250mb limit without even noticing which can lead to additional charges from your network. If you can get an unlimited data plan I would recommend it because then you don't have to worry about going past your limit and you can browse things as much as you want.

more than enough

email and twitter use small (Kb) of data
Facebook - depends on how many pictures, but no more than 2-3 MB even with pics

250/month = 8 MB/day
so 2-3 MB per day is well under 8 MB
