How else can I access twitter other than ubersocial, tweetdeck and from web?

TweetDeck and Ubersocial are actually Web Apps.
If you have Google Chrome (Might as well get it for the apps lol) I suggest you take a look at the App Store and check out all of these. some are for Especially Twitter to Managing Email, Facebook and everything else:

-Phone/using a Twitter App
