How can i improve this drawing?

Keep on practicing. You cant get better at drawing over night.

I would work on the iris of the eyes more, it would look better if there was more tone and definition, although the surface of the eye is smooth the iris has tone and texture. Look at the cat's or your own eyes to see what I mean. Also, there would e highlights on the rim of the eyes anther than just being a black outline. apart form the eyes it's a great drawing.

Perhaps more contrast, with darker darks especially.

Looks good to me though.
