In Twitter, if you sent a follow request, what happens if the person declines it?
i sent a follow request to a friend of mine in twitter, but suddenly the "send a follow request" button shows up again. Does this mean the person declined my request?

If this was after a few hours of sending the follow request, then yes, that's likely your friend declined it.
