Is it possible to get Twitter Updates on Facebook? (Read Details)?
READ: I'm NOT asking how I get my twitter updates into my Facebook page.

I'm asking if it's possible to get tweets from those I follow into my Facebook feed/home-page.

NO !
Its not possible to get twitter updates inyour facebook homepage from those people you follow unless they link their twitter account with facebook.

You can only get those people tweets who linked their twitter with facebook.
