How to add buttons and banners on youtube channel?
How can i add Facebook, Twitter Page links on Youtube channel background. I have seen lots of big brands, Celebrity Channels have different layouts and colorful Subscribe buttons. Do we have to pay and get those layouts or Do we have to update our channel?

Here's a link that shows you how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqhSKxlfULs

You have to be a YouTube "Partner", which means you either have to be a film
creator or director, an artist (musician, singer, actor or actress), a broadcaster,
an advertiser, someone with a very special project, or a person of significance
(like Her Majesty Queen).

But that's not enough to become a YT partner. YouTube has even more criteria:
-- You create your own "original" videos
-- You own all the appropriate copyrights
-- The content is 100% yours (no income splitting/sharing if money is involved)
-- You upload videos on a regular basis
-- Your videos are viewed by thousands
-- You're in an English-speaking country.

Only after you've finally been approved by the YouTube administrators/directors
will they give you the all special tools and codes required enabling you to have:
-- a customized special logo or "banner"
-- different capabilities of "scripting fonts"
-- your channel-page video on "autoplay"
-- "high-definition" quality to your videos
-- a "More From" section which automatically opens up above "Related Videos".

If you want to know more, go to the top right-hand corner of any YouTube page,
click "help" and then type in the searchbox the word "partner".

To be a lot more simpler than that guy - You need Youtube Partnership.
