Never received the Halo 4 specializations code?
I have proof on my game history that I played before the 20th of November. I posted on the official 343 forum thread that regarded this issue of not receiving your code. They have now locked the forum and said that all codes have been sent via email and live messenger on our xboxs. I met every single requirement and have not received any email/message. I've been checking my email both spam and inbox consistently and there is still nothing. I have gotten 3 messages from Xbox Live regarding updates in terms. Still no code.
I feel really ripped off being that I am more than eligible. I even PM one of the 343 employees. What do I do now? Who can I contact? Xbox support just sends me to them. I really don't want to stay stuck at level 70

Make a "dummy" online profile. Give me the gamertag of the dummy profile. I have some friends at 343.

DO NOT GIVE ME YOUR REAL GAMERTAG.

Well, all I know is that people who got the Specialization codes are people who got the game the day it came out. For those who didn't get it, Xbox sent emails to those who should receive them (not sure why you didn't get one). Probably its because your considered as a 'Standard' user. For now, you probably have to wait for the Specializations to come out as a DLC...or find other people who have spare codes.
Seriously, you went through all that trouble just for a code? Its a game, just enjoy it.

I am sorry I don't have the answer, but I do want to let you know I am in the same boat. I have deleted no emails since before the email came out and will not because I want proof that they have never sent me the code either. As for Darkboy1010, you obviously do not know what this code means for decent online gamers who are already at the max level. There is no point in playing online anymore without it, because there is nothing to try for. I tried PM-ing the 343i manager about this issue of not receiving the code. I also tried contacting her on twitter, so if I were you I would try that as well. Just letting you know though, I feel your pain. Halo 4 has to be one of the most poorly managed and created big name games to ever come out. There are some major issues with the game itself and the online play is garbage. I love to play it, but the lack of attention to detail annoys me a little. Now on top of all this they screw us over by putting out a blanket statement that they fixed the problem and all emails have been sent, when there are clearly eligible people that have not received them still. That is the last straw for me. Keep hassling them; stick to your guns. If we don't constantly let them know of their flaws how will they ever fix them? I will be sure to stay on them until this issue is corrected as I hope you will as well.
