Why is my laptop background blurry?

I have a dell latitude e6500 and i am trying to set a background for it off google images, but every time i do it is super blurry. I have been trying to figure out how to fix it for hours but nothing works. I already tried changing my screen resolution and all that crap. Its the exact same with every picture. But if I set it to like tile or center its fine. But I don't want tile or center I want like the full screen. So how the heck do I make it so that my background picture when set to full size, is not blurry?
Please please please please please help!

This issue is not with the system, it is because of the resolution of the picture that you are downloading.
I would suggest you to Google search or use high resolution of HD images and use them as the system background to avoid the blurring.
