I don't know the email I used for my Twitter account?

As the question states, I don't know the password or email address I used for my Twitter account and I am trying to log in via my computer. I am, however, logged in through my iPhone, so I'm wondering if there is a way I can retrieve my password/email through the Twitter app?

1.If you are logged in on your phone, then try to check if you can see what email address you used. Then you can try to access that email address

2. If you can't access that email address, create a new email account and put that on your twitter account signed in on your phone.

3. Make sure that while you're doing step #2, you don't log out of your phone.
