My car basically runs on the front wheels...however if loss of traction is detected, some power goes to the rear wheels as well!

Cars die of two basic reasons, besides the ultimate crash the sends them to be recycled: Neglect and abuse. Details as to the specific mechanical stresses in the drive train components such as the transmission, CV joints, engine mounts, torque converter, planetary gears, etc. requires an engineering degree. Vehicles are highly specialized mechanical devices. Since you failed to include no specifics as to this SUV the answer, in general, is this: a heavy vehicle as Sports Utility Vehicles tend to be is not made for teen enjoyment purposes. Since teens, except for the wealthy ones, tend to have used vehicles eight to ten years old, have no money for expensive repairs, tires, etc. then, it stands to reason that these SUVs have a lot of miles of wear and tear due to use. From engine failure to transmission damage and to possible damage to other parts of the vehicle the range of possibilities is endless. Now, further details, my new young friend with his first car. The multiple dot teen thing... is not correct as far as punctuation goes to indicate the end of a sentence. This is pure, 100%, teen texting slang code shorthand. A simple dot or period is correct. Furthermore, separate thoughts require separate sentences. This is called syntax. Look it up. In English, a new sentence requires a capitalized word, or letter. Then, there is the "however." I suggest you Google this conjunctive adverb. The comma is important because however is a conjunctive adverb that can be used in two different ways: it can be a conjunction that joins main clauses, or it can be an adverb that modifies a clause

So, it needs to go like this and I have edited further for simplicity. "My car runs with power on the front wheels. However, if loss of traction is detected, power goes to the rear wheels as well." No multiple dots. Separated thoughts and excess words not needed were thrown out. OK? People who study grammar and excel in writing skills have been known as "grammarians" or "wordsmiths." Call up any online newspaper and read any story. The first paragraph should tell you everything as to who, where, when and how, with the rest of the piece adding details. You shall never see a multiple dot thing and, for the most part, a well written and edited collection of words. Unless for specialized occasions, the exclamation point is remarkably absent from all news items. Please, do not abuse the car as it shall be very costly to repair. Teen also manage to get in over one million car crashes each year. I recommend you sign up for driving classes offered by AAA or you can Google "teen driving courses" to see what is available in your area. Driving is a skill. Driving is dangerous and to be taken seriously. It can lead to legal and financial consequences. Serious legal and financial consequences. Please go to "wreckedexotics.com" to see photo evidence of drivers with money for fast cars but no driving skills and zero discipline. Merry Christmas.
