What do you all think to the Ian Watkins arrest? Lostprophets fans.?

I am a big big fan of Lostprophets and I just wanted to hear your thoughts on the child sex abuse and extreme animal pornography, do you think he has been set up or its true?

I'm mixed thoughts simply because I don't want to believe it, but the video to 'a town called hipocracy' is a bit suspicious..
Also do you still listen to lostprophets.
Also Its not fair because I can't stop finding him good looking, I dont want to fancy a paedophile
He was refused bale too, doesn't that mean there is a good case?

I've never heard of Lostprophets until his arrest, but hahaha. It's so funny... Did you see that one pic of where Ian is fucking a tranny? It's quite funny, you should go find it.

I think that he is innocent. The one-year old was wearing revealing clothing and Ian couldn't control himself.

I just want to point this out to everyone. The video for A Town Called Hypocrisy (2006) came out long before the charges were made (mainly the second half of 2012) and so isn't suspicious in any way. Not in my opinion anyway. (Sorry, I had to say that).

Lostprophets are one of my favourite bands. Possibly my all time favourite. This story messed me up pretty bad- it was hard to believe that someone I've looked up to for so long could do something like this. I am not going to simply say it's all true or all false, but I accept that is likely that he has done something, although any further details I don't know. All I can say is that I still respect him and I will never say a bad word about him or the band. I will continue to watch/listen to Lostprophets and so will my friends. We're pretty much pretending it didn't happen, and carrying on to talk about them like any other band. After all- this story relates to the actions of 1/6 of the band over 1 year. Lostprophets have been around since the late 90s, and the rest of the band have nothing to do with this. Some of the comments of Twitter/Youtube etc are absolutely disgusting- I've seen some sick messages not just directed at Ian, but also the rest of the band and even fans of Lostprophets.

I'm 22 and I've listened to them since they brought out fake sound, and start something was the soundtrack to the summer of 04 for me and my mates, who are just as gutted. Unfortunately I'd say that it is true. For a crime this serious they wouldn't have named him if they didn't have evidence to suggest he's guilty. Tow called hypocrisy isn't suspicious, its years before these allegations. I still listen to them yes, there's more than just Ian in the band. We were playing them at a house party the other day. Well he's still my man crush so don't worry. As for being refused bail, no, it isn't good. People refused bail have committed serious crimes; however it can also be for their own safety, which is very likely due to his fame.

I've been following this a lot. It shocked me. I now had to move my Lostprophets music out of the main library on my computer until I learn more about the story behind Watkins.

There's actually a website that hinted at Watkins having illegal porn on his computer for quite some time. Even if he is innocent of that "conspiracy to rape a 1-year old", chances are, he won't be saved from having child/extreme animal porn on his computer...and that really saddens me to see someone like him could do this stuff.
