How to find my long lost brother?

To find my only brother will be very difficult because I was born and raised in Haiti.
I just found out that I have a brother out there; my mother died when I was 8 years old. Soon after her death I moved to my grandfather’s house who was a retired Judge in Haiti at the time. She had my brother soon after me with a different father then she gave him for adoption to a group Americans (Catholic Church organization)
I don’t know my brothers name or age but they told me he is younger than me I’m 30 years old and now I live in New Hampshire.

What can I do to find him? I don’t have any social accounts out there such as facebook, twitter or Myspace.
My mother’s name was Marie France Juste. Please help me.
