d) be nominated by your tattoo shop, if affiliated with a magazine

If you want how-tos ask the magazine. I never heard of needing an agent for someone who does ink

Why not contact the magazine or look to see who is the agents, if they even have any, for the celebrity tattoo artists in the ink tv series go to imdb and look up the artists, they may have their agents listed in their info

or contact them via their facebook or twitter or myspace accounts
