good way to get more views and subscribers on youtube?

I am not new to youtube but this is my newest channel so there is only one view. I have posted it on fb and twitter and got a lot of good feedback. I know that you are supposed to put your videos on websites so do you guys know of any websites I could put my videos on? Any help or advice would be great: )

The best way is to use social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace. However forums designed for sharing YouTube videos and channels are good places to look too. Just google "YouTube Forums" and I'm sure a few will pop up.

You can go on sub4sub.com. There, you subscribe to a bunch of people, and they subscribe back.
