How can I make him stop?

I was raped by my ex boyfriend and he is now on bail for rape, assult and mental abuse. The police didn't give him any bail conditions ( I don't know why) except he can't come near me.
After we split up he would look at my tweets on twitter and then on his own account make scarcastic comments and be horrible to me. So I changed my twitter name, he's managed to find out my new name and is doing it again. I've blocked him, his girlfriend, his friends and I don't know what to do now! Help! How can I make him stop! :'( x

Call the cops and tell them he is harassing you. That is the only think I can think of that you can do that will not get you into trouble.
