Why is facebook still popular ?

Because it works? Business doesn't live or die by the random opinions of individuals. A group of them, perhaps..but not the single persons.

I have no idea, I hate Facebook, twitter and tumblr I think are slowly taking over from Facebook though

not sure it IS as popular as they make out,i'll bet a lot of accounts are fake.besides its so hard to get your name off it,you end up getting notifications and pop back to have a look and that makes it look like your an active "facebooker"

It is a good site that hs stayed relevent, it isn't like myspace where it was cool to have oodles of friends you didnt know.

Facebook is worse than drugs.Took me so long to get over the addiction.I ain't goin' back to that freaky place again.I wish it shuts down.
