What does it mean when you think every insult is about you?

Like you could be on facebook or twitter, and every insult someone says, you think it's about you. Why? You don't even have to know the person, you just think it's always about you..

You seem to of developed paranoia.perfectly natural, assuming you are a young adult. I went through this phase myself, but if it persists for a highly extended period (e.g. Over 6 months) you may want it checked out.

i think you are being insecure and feels inferior to others. You have to change that attitude of yours or it will be a major problem to you.

It means you're a little insecure about yourself. But people who insult others on facebook and twitter are really the ones who need to work on themselves cause they're doing that. People post all kinds of stupid and shallow stuff on those sites (esp. Facebook), so take that behavior for what it is, stupid and shallow. Don't let their bad behavior get you down.
