I can't log into Twitter on my computer?

I don't know what's wrong, when I try to log into Twitter on my PC it says "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon." I've tried deleting the cookies but it just doesn't work.
Twitter works just fine on my notebook. Help?
This has been going on for days. Around 4 days I guess. I think there's got to be a problem on my PC instead of the server itself, since it works just fine on my notebook in any browser.
