How to get a guy's attention over twitter?
theres guy who is a grade older than me at my school, hes very cute. we've never met, but he followed me on instagram & twitter (but i followed him first), but he's liked some of my pics before. the other day i posted sad tweets , i had a rough day. he tweeted "looks like your having a bad night Sad things will get better i promise" but i kinda doubt it was about me? & today he came up and said hey to a guy i was with. should i message him on twitter even though we've never met? we are both single & hes a little insecure.
