How to get more youtube view/subscribers?

On most of my videos, there isn't many views and I rarely get subscribed too. So any advice?

Get something that intrests the general punlic... Eg. Music you cant force subscribers unless you introduce an insentive such as "if 50 people subscribe i will.... (so and so)

First of all, make sure that your video appeals to the people..
Make it more interesting..
Tell your frnds to tell their frndz to watch the video..

Keep publicising it in various networks like facebook, Twitter, Google + etc..
In the end it all takes time and keep patience..
