Question about Twitter?

Hello, Guys!

You have seen written lots of tweets as 1/2: @someone: and then next page 2/2: @someone: and so on...

You also know that it happens when tweets become 2 or 3.

On twitter web page I cannot do like that. If we post a double tweet on Mobile then it doesn't convert two tweets to 1/2 and 2/2 etc...

So how to this? Suppose I have written a two message tweet and this is on Mobile or on twitter web site. Then how 1/2 and 2/2 has been written? Means will I myself own write these or Twitter will automatically write it as 1/2 and 2/2.? How all this procedure happens? OR Tell me how to write this?

I assume those who are tweeting put 1/2, 2/2, etc. in manually to let their followers know there's more than one part to the tweet.
