My girlfriends mom doesnt want us dating anymore. what should i do?

We've been dating for 3 months (I'm 16 she's 17) and recently her mom saw our messages about Smoking weed (we both do but our parents don't know) I Quit BTW. and called me saying "I don't want you dating my daughter now leave us alone". Her mom thinks I'm the reason she started but she smoked before I even met her. I think her mom thinks I'm the reason for her daughter to be this way but its not my fault.Her mom took her phone, and deactivated her Facebook and Twitter. I can't talk to her anymore because her mom wants to keep me away. But we love eachother and don't want this to end. I live her Soo much and don't want it to be over over one little message. Her mom won't let me explain either, she deleted me off Facebook and pretty much cut me off. But her mom used to love me! What should I do?!?!

If you really love each other you will both be able to get through this and respect her mom's wishes until her mom lets her date you again. Maybe you need to write a letter to her mom explaining that you have quit smoking, that you will never influence her daughter to do anything that could get her in trouble, that you have great respect for both of them, and that you would like to still see her daughter, even if it is only at her house with her mom present. Show her mom that you are willing to live by the rules, that you have respect, and in time, if you show her the kind of person you really are, her mom will relent.
