Twitter support please?

I deactivated my twitter on Christmas Day because I had a huge exam to study for and twitter would be too much of a distraction. I had 1,380 followers, I followed 82 people, and I had around 37K tweets. I reactivated 5 days after, and it said I had 0 followers and was following 0 people. Is my account messed up forever? I had people I really cared about following me, like the band Little Mix. I'm really scared that I'll have to start all over, because December 31st marks exactly 2 years since I created my twitter. Does this wear off? Will everything go back to normal? Please help!!!

@michelle were you able to follow people in that time you had 0 followers? were you visible to others? because i am and that's what really worries me :\

No don't worry it will restore soon... Well that's what mine did anyway.. i deactivated mine and i had loads of followers then when i reactivated it all my followers were gone! i was really upset and agnry because Chris brown followed me but a few days later it was back to normal! hope yours does too
