Accidentally clicked on a spam link on twitter?

I was on twitter and I follow an a account and they were retweeting spam. I accidentally clicked on the link but I was in like link for not even a second. I in followed the account and I changed my password. I did this all on my iPad. What were the dangers on me accidentally clicking on that link, what should I do? Thanks!

to be safe do a full scan, that will check it.

You have already changed your account password so that is great. I would also do a virus scan to make sure nothing downloaded to your computer. Try Malwarebytes Antimalware.
