Is there any legal action i can take against someone who posted my naked picture online without my consent?
I used to talk to a guy who i apparently should not have trusted, after saying i didn't want to be involved with him anymore he threatened me by saying "Your dumb, & i know where you live" he also threatened me by saying choose how you talk to me, i will post your picture online. I later get a twitter notification and he tagged me in the nude picture. Is there anything i can do legally?

If you chose to give him the picture, or consented to him taking the picture, then no, you have no legal recourse available.

Probably not. You obviously GAVE him the pictures. They are his to do with as he chooses.
NEVER give out naked pictures of yourself. Don't even have them taken. It's *ALWAYS* a mistake. |

You can ask the places to remove the picture.
If you are under 18, contact the police immediately. He is in possession of child porn and he can end up in jail, especially for publishing it. Giving him the picture is NOT giving him permission to publish it. |

Invasion of privacy & publication without concent are the only Two possible charges I can think of.
But over the net, it's hard to have an arrest warrant out for someone. I mean unless you were a celebrity or something. |

if you are a minor, contact law enforcement, if not, contact the various sites and ask for
the pictures to be removed. |

You can contact wherever it's posted an ask for it to be removed. You do have rights about the distribution of your image and name like that, especially when he knows in advance you don't want it to occur.
Be sure to document what's happened. I'd also suggest you contact a local attorney for their advice. |

Not unless the pictures were taken without your consent, or you are a minor. And as to contacting websites to get them removed, good luck, its on the internet and you will never get it out, the picture will always be on the internet.
