How to get alot of views on YouTube ?

I going to put some call of duty gameplay or something else but is there any ways or tips to get alot of YouTube views and subs for my 1st video thanks for your help if you do.

No. The way to get subs on YouTube is post consistent, high quality content for a long time, people will start to notice and the subs will come in. Don't expect CoD to go viral, there is no way you'll stand out immediately in that game.

You just have to get you videos seen either through social media, online message boards or just plain telling people. Leaving messages on youtubers channels with positive comments while subscribing to them usually gets them to sub back. I know I usually do. (-: Basically, find different ways to tell people about you.

Unless you're spending money on advertising, which isn't a bad idea at all, you have to be patient. But if you have good videos, the more people know about you, the more that will watch.

Video marketing is largely a snowball effect, and one area that people forget is having the initial boost to get the snowball growing. If it is uploaded and just 5 people see it, it is clear that the video won’t go viral.

I will tell you what works for me assuming you are convinced that you have a good video that can create some buzz in the industry.
