I understand parent can name there kids whatever they feel like. My opinion 'Oh Hell No' The child has to grow up and will get teased, not sure they thought of that. But whatever they are happy with.

Isn't it sad that she couldn't be bothered to think of her child's future?
Sure, mom gets her 15 minutes of fame while the child will suffer for a lifetime.

On very rare occasions, I >almost< wish that the US had naming standards (but not really).

All I can say, is poor baby.

It's not a name I would necessarily choose for my own child, but legally they can name their child whatever they want. The sad thing is- they actually thought through but they decided to overlook the difficulties that child will have.
