If I don't have internet on my phone does Facebook cost money?
My plan doesn't have internet on it, so even though Facebook and Twitter are under my applications would it cost money for me to use those apps on my blackberry?

If you have a blackberry, then there should be a required data plan. If you're absolutely sure that there's no internet on your blackberry (which is kind of weird) then yes, it would cost you money.
