I did a search for you and found this info. I hope some of it works for you:

There are 3 types of solutions for this problem:

1._Web_Based_Proxy_sites">1. Web Based Proxy sites

One of the best solutions in the market is Securitales
(Can be found at http://www.securitales.com )
SecuriTales can do Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and all the other Social Media websites.
It requires no installation and works great from China.

2. VPN Software

Ultrasurf from http://www.ultrareach.com is a good solution for that.
The advantage is that it works great. The disadvantage is that it requires you to install an additional software on your computer.

proxicate.net is another solution of this type. Keep going back to the site every couple of weeks to download new versions. Awesome program. Solution to facebook and youtube. Internet explorer should start every time you run the program. If it doesn't then keep restarting the program until it does. You can then access facebook as you would normally do on IE or on google chrome. Yet to work on firefox for me. The program runs in the background scrambling your ip.

hotspot shield is another option that works pretty good.

3. OPENVPN Software

Vpn at china from http://www.vpnatchina.com is a better solution to surf at the web. and you may request your open port that had been blocked by your internet service provider ( ISP ), and its stable to all your connection to surf at the world.

4. Free Proxy sites

This is the most common practice for this problem, as most user choose this option. There are tons of Free Proxies out there, some even work. The thing is their capabilities are sometimes limited and they fail on Flash and Web2.0 websites. You are welcome to try them out but don't expect that to work.
