should i go get my laptop repaired?

okay so i recently got my ASUS laptop, not even two weeks ago. and it's already acting up. i got norton anti virus on it and every time i go on YouTube or Facebook (twitter is fine) it crashes. it's starting to really annoy me because the main reason of getting this laptop was because my family computer is really slow when i try watching videos or doing homework. so i got a laptop and it's not even 3 weeks old and it's already acting up! i wouldn't mind so much if i had this laptop for over a year but it's been less than a month so that's why i'm really concerned about this. so is there a way to restart my laptop like new? or should i take it to a repair shop? or what can i do to fix it?
