How should I tell my crush I like him?

I like this guy and I'm pretty sure he likes me back. I want to tell him that I like him but I don't know how. I've never done this before and my friends don't really know how either. Who has done this before and was it successful? And how? I really have no idea how to do this!

Resources: We go back to school together tomorrow (we share one class), we both have a Facebook (he doesn't use his much), we follow each other on Twitter, and have each other's numbers.

Yeah, you totally should. I've never had experience with telling a crush that, but my current crush knows because he heard me and my friends' convos. He asked me if I like him and I said, "Well to e honest, yeah I kinda like you." It's easier to go out with him when he knows.
