I dont know how to run my business again?

Totaly i lost my self to run my business again.
i bankrupt almost 4 years a go sin that i cant run my business with out money and .Now i am working as a full time employee and i am very tired to work as a full time.i open again my company and i have website but i don't advertise and i don't know how to start again, i lost my confidence.
