Long distance "friendship" are probably harder to establish than relationships. Your situation is even more complicated by the fact that you don't "personally" know her. As a girl....the 2 year age difference probably isn't a major factor. Girls like guys with maturity so if you have it then great. The second thing is, I think she's unsure where to go with you. You live basically across the world and she may really like you. She asked you about the texting first. Id say she's interested in you, but don't smother her. Sending her emails everyday in this stage of the game is a no no. Let her approach you. Girls are tricky creatures. Hopefully you'll can work out the distance aspect and be able to be friends.
