how to get my friends to introduce me to someone?

Two of my friends are friends with this guy who seems really nice and funny. I think he is really cute and i wanna meet him and hang out in like a group of all my friends. I just don't know how, and i don't want to be obvious about it. One of my friends john is best friends with him and my friend emily is always talking to him on like twitter and stuff. I was thinking that the next time i hang out with her i can take her phone and text him (because i always send stuff to people from her phone) idk though any suggestions?

Mehh you kind of have to be obvious ish. Start by maybe arranging a movie date with a big group of people and the after hitting it off hag out in smaller and smaller groups until you hang out by yourselves or a small group. Yeah, that could work too. Do something out there like the phone thing and when she wants her phone back, give him your number.
