Let's back up one step. I'm assuming you like this girl, and want her to like you. You've already made the assumption that hitting on her is the way to do that. It's not. Have a normal conversation with her, and don't continuously compliment her, and don't tell her you like her, and you'd be surprised with the results. She'll come around.
