Not normally. It's possible that your email contacts could see your Answers posts if they are also your Y! Messenger contacts or Facebook or Twitter friends or followers, but not unless you have changed your settings.

The only time your Q&A from Answers are shared by Yahoo! outside of Answers is when you have opted to share updates. These updates are set on your Y! Profile page and they appear on Messenger to your contacts there and also to Facebook and Twitter if you have linked the accounts.
