Close up it looks, not very good, but I suppose at the distance the players are away from the fans and the cameras, it will still look like Hoops. Would I buy it? NO !

It isn't a good picture. I don't think a v neck suits for stripes or hoops. Apart from that it's only a slight variation from the hoops. I think if you see a better picture of it,it might be ok.
