Are there any proxy apps for Ipod touch?
I need to access sites that are blocked at the wifi here. Pl suggest me a way to access atleast facebook & Twitter.

I don't think there is an app like that. You can config the VPN in Setting - General - Internet . The Server , account ID ,password ,you need to pay for it ,you can find many company provide VPN ,of course you can find free one.
