I need help on making up a username?

I got tired of my username on twitter, so any suggestions on making up a new one. I was planning on putting "@itsstephy" but "@its.." is so over used so any help?

You could always make up something. For example, the first syllable of your first name + the first syllable of the street you live on.

For example, if you live on Maple Street: Stema

The idea is to come up with something you can remember, while not being your whole name, to protect your identity.
