My iPhone was stolen, need answers?
Okay so my 4s was stolen out of my backpack at school. I did not have the iPhone tracker app... Is there anyway my phone company can see the current activity and trace my phone? Like can they see if any texts have been sent? Any other way they can track the person maybe if they logged into Facebook, Instagram, twitter? I really cannot afford to buy another phone so please help with any info you may have as to getting it back....

Most carriers need a court order to track a phone's location.

Without any kind of tracking app you have no means of tracking your phone down, same if it's turned off or if they restore it with iTunes.

If it's at school I guess you'll just have to keep an eye out and wait to see if some jerk pulls out an iPhone you've never seen him/her use.

Associated with iCloud there is an iphone tracker, and you can virtually lock your phone with a pin code you choose and everything through this system on a computer. You can also erase it the same way, but you had to have it set up and turned on to do so.
