How do I tweet the same thing everyday?

I have a blog that automatically updates it's twitter account everyday. If there are 10 new posts on it, it automatically shares them on twitter. I use twitterfeed for this. But I want to post "Good morning" (or something like that) everyday at 9 pm. Do you know any tool that can do that? Because it's easy to take posts automatically, but I just want to post the same thing everyday, and I don't want to schedule it for every time, I want to schedule it once, and want it to be updated without an effort.

Doing that is actually against the TOS of twitter. You can schedule posts in advance for several weeks days, even months, but you need to schedule it using a tool like Hootsuite.

It's also not good to say the same things at the same schedule. Twitter is very powerful if you can use it in a personal and not a robotic way.
