Why do so many people complain about their presents?
I'm neither American nor Christian but I noticed on Twitter that A LOT of people over there are unhappy about their Christmas presents. Like "I only got stupid Kindle Fire, my new iPhone is white and I hate it, I really thought I'm getting a car I'm crying so hard right now..." I can't believe your kids are so spoiled.

You already answered your own question
They indeed are just simply spoiled, and ungrateful. It's just sad. |

Because their are self-centered and only thinking about WIIFM (What's in it for me).
They are also NOT aware of the law of gratitude and creating more ...and the effects of lack of gratitude “For to him who has (and is grateful for it) will more be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who has not, ( and is not grateful) even what he has will be taken away. |

I don't know stupid kids, and I don't understand why some people think they'll get a car for Christmas, I mean like a phone or a video game console is the best someone can get but some selfish people honestly think they'll get a brand new car that's like $20,000 easy

High expectations followed by disappointment. It's not an unusual thing.
WalMart (among other stores) was putting out Christmas decorations in October, so kid's anticipation of Christmas has been building for months. Commercialism is part of the driving force, it's not just spoiled kids or overindulging parents. Christmas is huge in America. Americans are used to a high standard of living, even in poverty. |
