does someone who is blocked still get notified if i favorite their tweet?

i had blocked someone on a twitter but i went on the computer to veiw their profile and accidentally favorited one of their tweets but i immediately unfavorited it after. Do they still get notifed on their Iphone that i favorited them or they cant because i blocked them? please answer as soon as possible. i Know that im still able to put their name in a tweet of mine or retweet and stuff, but will they get a notification?

No they won't. The iPhone app sucks and it doesn't notify that kid of stuff until it's been about 2 minutes-ish. Don't worry you're fine.
