Need help getting more subscribers on YouTube!?

Hello! Me and my best friend make videos for YouTube, and we have been doing extremely good! We have 106 subscribers as of now and we have achieved those in 9 months. We have over 7,000 total views, a ton of green thumbs, but we want more subscribers! I know of the basics on how to get more, like tags that people search and stuff people like, but I was wondering if there was a site or anything that you post your channels link and it gets noticed or anything of that sort? Any help would be good. Making movies and possibly acting is something I want to do later in life, and so getting somewhere on YouTube is a very big deal to me. Thank you for anything I can get!

hey, why dont u put it on social networking sites like facebook, google plus and twitter?
i think this is a better idea for advirtisement.
