Mass effect 3, any good site where I can get the latest news of the game?

Well, it's a game by Bioware, so you are going to have to wait about ten years before it is even mentioned.

I believe the best places to look for the latest news for games are gaming sites, like Gamespot or IGN.

The first place where you will receive reliable news is the offical "social site": http://social.bioware.com
The developers actually post updates on the forums. They're not allowed to reveal much at this point, but six months before release you'll read more information than your brain can handle.
