Are there are going to be more foreclosures in 2013?
Because with all the taxes that Obama is enforcing nobody will have money for mortgages and I just hope so there will be a lot of foreclosures! And if there's more foreclosures does that mean the housing market will be cheap?

There will always be foreclosures just as there always have been. Most of the tax issues are not going to affect the average person. The stimulus is ending so social security is reverting back to it normal rate.

Probably not. Obama and Pelosi are going to ensure that a few trillion dollars of tax money are dedicated to bailing out every homeowner in the country.

There are foreclosures every year, there always have been.

Obama doesn't enforce any taxes. The President has no power to make tax changes, only Congress does. Noone of the potential tax hikes are Obama taxes, they are expiring Bush tax cuts.

There is no way the President is going to advocate for taxing people into foreclosure. No way.

Since many of the big banks are under litigation about the foreclosure process, many have slowed the flow of foreclosure in many areas. And once the banks start rolling out their inventory, I am confident they will trickle it out to not significantly effect values.

If you take note of the news, you can verify all this and that right now, most areas have had reduced inventory on the market.
